HOW IS YOUR SECURITY, SAFETY AND SANITATION?
Our training grounds are usually well maintained and grassy. Security and privacy is good. Hired guards keep vigil through out the training. Minders assist the young players in case of any emergency. The washrooms are usually cleaned by hired cleaners.We also provide FIRST AID to injured players.
WHO ARE YOUR COACHING STAFF?
Our coaching staff usually constitute players in the Premier league that are normally hired through a competitive process. The coaching staff is normally trained on first aid services.
WHAT ARE YOUR TRAINING AND TRANSPORT COSTS?
NOTE:To join Saint James Icons Sporting Club the below payments are to be made upfront
- Registration Fee 3,000/= per family
- Termly fee 5,500/= per child
- Termly fee for two 8,500/=
- Termly fee for three 12,500/=
- Home and away kits 5,000/= per child
- Icons socks 500/= per pair
Transport fee paid as per day to day basis

DO YOU HAVE A DISCIPLINE POLICY?
Every player who registers as our player must adhere to a strict code of discipline that must be signed by parents, management and the player.
WHERE CAN I BUY THE CLUB KIT FOR MY KID?
This must be ordered with the club within the first 3 months after registration. The players use the kit during matches. CURRENT COST OF CLUB’S 2 KITS: 5000(AWAY AND HOME KITS) SHIRT AND JERSEY.During normal training,players are allowed to wear kits of their choices.
WHAT IS YOUR MODE OF PAYMENT?

WHAT IS THE CODE OF DRESSING?
Every player is expected to be in kit, shin guards and soccer stockings, and boots/trainers. You may order with the club in case you are unable to find suitable ones.
WHO ORGANIZES THE MATCHES?
The club organizes matches on a consistent basis to expose and develop its players.
WILL YOU OFFER TRIPS TO MY KIDS?
The club will organize international and local trips in the future to expose its players and provide them with opportunities of being scouted by bigger clubs. Local trips may be for relaxation purposes e.g. bike riding etc.
WHAT ABOUT INJURY AND MEDICAL ATTENTION?
Every client is expected to pay for his or her son’s hospital bill in cases of injuries. The club observes strict caution of the players during training. It is the responsibility of the parent to inform the club in case his or her child has a medical condition that may need attention.
DO YOU OFFER FOOD AND WATER?
Every client is expected to pack healthy food and water for every training session. The club prefers fruits and home cooked bites. Crisps, cakes, chips, burgers, crackles etc are not recommended for players during training.
HOW DO I KNOW WHERE YOU ARE TRAINING?
The club communicates via SMS OR WHATSAPP to clients to notify them of the venue and timing of the training session.
HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH ABSENTISM?
The club understands that at times, the player may be committed elsewhere. In cases of absence due to various reasons, the parent is required to notify the club. Communication is highly regarded.Any player who absents himself for 3 months without giving us a notice is automatically de-registered.
DO YOU OFFER PROGRESS REPORTS?
The club will always issue progress reports of the players on a 3 months basis.
HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH QUERIES?
The club welcomes suggestions meant to improve its performance. Parents can also book an appointment with the coaches after training or send an email to (email@example.comfirstname.lastname@example.org).One can also call us on our lines. We will respond promptly.
